I graduated with a BS in Criminal Justice and studied law and corrections. I did my internship with a police department and interviewed with a few of them for full time jobs.
No single Police Department would ever hire a convicted criminal let alone a felon. That’s literally a whole thing, you can’t have been convicted of anything nor have a dishonorable discharge from the military. And a bunch of other stipulations.
No single thing Flynn ever helped do in the book would give him the opportunity to get this job. It’s honestly really embarrassing to me as a CJ professional. Seriously. Come on… That’s real shit writing there. Do your fucking research lmfao.
